I was not expecting much with the old feedback from prestige over the years. I was pleasantly surprised, mike was fantastic to work with and by no means pushy. Ed in finance was great to work with he was very straightforward and blunt about what the banks were offering and my options. He locked me into a very competitive rate and term with a local bank and managed to save me $70 a month. Overall I was very pleased, the only feedback I have is the lot currently is very congested and chaotic due to renovations but that isn’t a permanent struggle. More
