Had a issue with the plastic trim on my 2023 trailblazer. I spoke with Mike Perryman and he took care of it without hesitation. I had brought my car in for service and of course the service was done and when I spoke with Mike Perryman and he took care of it without hesitation. I had brought my car in for service and of course the service was done and when I returned home, I was checking the front for bugs, that was when I noticed the paint on the trim peeling. I called Mike and he told me to bring it in so he can check it. I did and without hesitation he told me he would order the parts and call me when they came in., he called a couple days later, and we set up an appointment for Tuesday 9/16/2025 at 8 am. I met Mike at 8 and he quickly took care of me. In a short time later he told me the repair was done, they replaced all the grill black plastic parts, and it looked Fantastic. Everyone at Stingray from Dave in sales to Mike in service and all in between treat me like I am more than a customer, they make me feel like I am part of the Stingray family. Thanks Mike you are the BEST and thank you Stingray Chevrolet for all you do.. More

Once again, I cannot say enough great things about this dealership and the care that I receive every time I'm in here from Mr.Mike Perryman! I was in here a couple of weeks ago for an oil change and a t dealership and the care that I receive every time I'm in here from Mr.Mike Perryman! I was in here a couple of weeks ago for an oil change and a tire rotation and mentioned to him that my brakes needed to be checked as well, and thought that since they are already going to have the tires off, it would be a simple inspection to complete. The inspection came back that they thought the brakes still looked good and wouldn't need to be addressed for a while... However, within the next week and a half, I could tell by the sound and feel of them when braking, that something must have been missed. I called him midday Friday and he had me bring it in first thing on Monday and worked me in. Upon the re-inspection of my brakes and rotors, they did find that all 4 rotors and brakes needed to be replaced. At first I was thinking, "Ooohh this is going to hurt :( "...But before I could even say anything, Mr.Mike was already assuring me that since they missed this on the last trip, that Stingray would be covering the cost of all 4 rotor replacements and that the only thing out of pocket for me would be the cost of the brakes. He and his management team have no idea how much I appreciate the hospitality and reassurance I have received. Human error happens all the time, but the most important thing is taking accountability for it, and that is one thing that they do, which will make me a customer of theirs for years to come. Thanks again to Mr.Mike and the entire team of professionals at Stingray Chevrolet. Thanks to them, I will be driving Tight and Right!! More
