I had an early morning appointment to service my Cadillac that I came in from Rush, NY. I was told that it would take about half a day to complete. My wife and I stayed around Canandaigua to look at the wa that I came in from Rush, NY. I was told that it would take about half a day to complete. My wife and I stayed around Canandaigua to look at the water, shop, and grab lunch. We came back to the dealership after about 5 hours and my car wasn't even looked at and was told it would be ready by the end of the day. We decided to go back home and come back at 5pm. One of the three issues were fixed and two of the issues need parts that were not available at the time. They said they would call when the part comes so we can schedule another appointment. I think better communication is needed to let people know that the vehicle would not be looked at in the morning but will be looked at in the afternoon. I would gone home after I dropped it off. More
