Loved the new app to track the status of the repair service. Michael was the best service representative I've ever worked with. He was friendly, a great listener and very knowledgeable. He kept you updated on the diagnosis and repair options. He treated me with respect and kindness. He is a true asset to this dealership. The availability of the shuttle to get to my car when it was ready was a real plus. Overall the customer service in the car repair area has significantly improved since my last visit. I visited Starling to address a factory recall. Starling misdiagnosed a coolant leak and didn't perform the requested scope (front grill replacement). I took the truck to Marchant Chevrolet because Starling misdiagnosed a coolant leak and didn't perform the requested scope (front grill replacement). I took the truck to Marchant Chevrolet because they replaced the coolant control valve in late 2024. They pressure tested the system and were unable to identify the leak. I wasted time and money based on a misdiagnosed issue. More
