Usually personal is very polite and professional. My husband took the car in and he felt the service personnel needs better interpersonal skills. I purchased a "Certified Pre-Owned" 2023 Toyota 4Runner Sr5 from this location. When I purchased it, they never cleaned it from when they initially received it, forcing me to spend over an hour cleaning dr Sr5 from this location. When I purchased it, they never cleaned it from when they initially received it, forcing me to spend over an hour cleaning dried food and sand out of the inside of my brand new car. They also hammered me aggressively on my trade-in value only to turn around and sell it for a $7K profit the very next day. The icing on the cake is that 1 week after purchasing my car, I had to bring it into another dealership when I was out of town to find that the front tires were completely out of alignment. When I contacted Hackensack to ask them to cover the $300 in service charges, after dodging me for over a month, they finally refused to do so claiming that it wasn't covered by warranty and isn't their responsibility - "Certified Pre-Owned" must mean something different in Hackensack. Very Disappointed. On 2/19/2024 brought car in for front and rear diff. fluid change also transmission fluid change that was recommended as needed to be done by the dea On 2/19/2024 brought car in for front and rear diff. fluid change also transmission fluid change that was recommended as needed to be done by the dealer .on 2/6/2024. Total bill was $718.76.The next day i received from the dealer a coupon for $80 off my bill if i spent over $700. The coupon had to be mailed by the dealer before i had the service on the 19th. On the 20th I called to see if they would deduct the coupon from my bill and a girl there said she was sure they would but she would check with the manager. The next day she called me to say the manager would not give me the discount. No way to treat a customer that has been going there for 25 years. On the 21st Zak contacted me and said that the manager would issue me a credit for about $80 toward future service on my car. I am very well pleased with the decision and would like to thank all who were involved with my situation. Thanks Bob More
