I always get a positive experience dealing with this dealership. I find the service rep to be very helpful in showing me options of service versus trying to force something down on me. I have always been a dedicated Honda owner. After a negative experience with anther Honda dealer in Louisville in 2018, I switched my auto service to Honda World, but this was my first experience with negative experience with anther Honda dealer in Louisville in 2018, I switched my auto service to Honda World, but this was my first experience with an actual purchase from Honda World! The staff was extremely inviting, friendly and helpful. My salesman, Lewis Ray, was easy going and a pleasure to work with. My entire experience was positive and upbeat. We spoke with and laughed with several of the employees - many introduced themselves to us and thanked us for coming in, which was a welcome feeling. Honda World has a happy and satisfied customer in me! THANK YOU!!! More
