Upon delivery my new F150 had a bad tire pressure sensor. The sales department asked me to bring it in, service knew I was coming over. I came to get an oil change as service light was on. After oil change was completed in quick service dept., I still had message that oil change was needed. Came in with our car to get quote from Lithia on what they would pay us for it. Spoke with one sales person who said he would get us quote but part way thru he asked another salesman to finish.
