Jim (Agim) Sulemani was excellent in dealing with our order and then delivery of our Grenadier. He went over the top in making sure all of our details were attended to, and exploring through multiple op order and then delivery of our Grenadier. He went over the top in making sure all of our details were attended to, and exploring through multiple options with how we made the purchase. He was very thorough with all of the truck operations and details, and great at communicating back and forth. We have been happy Crown customers in the past, but this was by far our best experience!
