World's greatest car purchase WOW. I cannot say enough about Mike Newsham, Rob Schaeffer and the DCH crew. I was hit by a drunk driver and my car was totaled. The first thing Mike WOW. Every other dealer said "well let's get you a new car." If that doesn't say something, I don't know what will. Michael Newsham is amazing. He is sweet, caring, genuine, knowledgable, and by the end of it I actually felt like I made a friend. Now, as far as Rob Schaeffer is concerned; don't ever let him go. Rob is incredible and a true asset to have as a manager. He's kind, alert, knowledgeable, and gives off the impression that he genuinely loves his job. Rob truly made me feel like I wasn't being taken advantage of, and he was doing everything in his power to help me find the best price and best deal. This was the easiest, most efficient, and hands down the best purchase I've ever made. My brand new Rav4 is beautiful, and I have these guys to thank for it. Thanks to the DCH crew!
