Shelly was a big help in getting us into our desired vehicle, which is very difficult in this current market, especially with this particular model/trim package. The Yukon AT4s get sold and moved off th vehicle, which is very difficult in this current market, especially with this particular model/trim package. The Yukon AT4s get sold and moved off the lots within a couple of days, from what I have seen in a 75mile radius. Our salesperson, Shelly, was awesome! We went in for service on our two vehicles and left with a new car👍😁! When she new our preference was a new vehicle but there were none on the lot, within an hour of us leaving she called to advise that a new one just rolled off the truck and gave us the specs. She was very thorough in reviewing all the features of each aspect of the vehicle. She was also personable when conversing. She was efficient, effective, and thorough; all with a smile. I have used this dealership for my prior vehicles, purchase and service. They are really great! Even one of the owners, Mike, was great to talk with while Shelly was getting my some paperwork for us!
