I had my car towed to the when it would not start. It gave a bunch of errors that blinked rapidly when I tried to start it. The service center assured me that they ran diagnostics but nothing popped u It gave a bunch of errors that blinked rapidly when I tried to start it. The service center assured me that they ran diagnostics but nothing popped up; they also said they did checks after the regular oil change and tire rotation but again nothing pipped up. And now, a day or two later, the car has the same problem. So obviously, something was missed. More

I was not greeted when I can in to drop my car off, but once I went to a service person they were very nice. I was told about an hour and went to the waiting area. I was able to use my laptop and do my wor once I went to a service person they were very nice. I was told about an hour and went to the waiting area. I was able to use my laptop and do my work. Someone stopped to ask if I needed anything. My service was done is just over 30 minutes which was great. They explained the service to me and I was on my way. It would be nice if the desk area was a bit cleaner and nicer. It looked very tough and the chairs we not so clean. Overall great experience More

When I came to the dealership I was in a terrible situation. I had bought what would be considered a lemon from another dealership. Fantastic service, everything was done within a couple days. I was really happy with the communication from Lenny himself to Ryan as well.
