Excellent Service Department - Service Manager, Abraham was thorough and professional. I chose to wait and was told approximate time I could expect my car to be ready and it was nearly exact. The Texhnic was thorough and professional. I chose to wait and was told approximate time I could expect my car to be ready and it was nearly exact. The Texhnician who worked on my car texted results and video of the service performed. I was completely satisfied. More

The facility was clean, had comfy chairs, good snack options and a stylish coffee and creative water dispenser with flavor options. Unfortunately, my predicted wait of 1.5-2 hours ended up being a 2.5 h options and a stylish coffee and creative water dispenser with flavor options. Unfortunately, my predicted wait of 1.5-2 hours ended up being a 2.5 hour wait with my 6 month old. We missed nap and feeding time which caused some stress. I tried to find my service waiter to get an updated estimate but he was not available and did not provide any check in. I had to ask two other coworkers to try to find him and help me locate my car. Upon them speaking to him, he shouted to me across the room that my car was being washed but no explanation as to why the wait was much longer than expected nor any apology. It felt impersonal. I felt lied to and ignored. I checked in at 11:30am by Abraham guillen, my phone received a text at 12:40pm that all areas were inspected and good, but I was never actually checked out until 1:56pm. When I received my car, there was water all over the waterproof mats. I asked someone for help with a rag to soak up some of the water because I couldn’t put my diaper bag anywhere on the floor. I liked the facility but not necessarily the service. More
