Ira Lexus of Danvers has to be one of the best dealerships around! I dealt with Dennis Pellegrino today when I brought my SUV in for service. He is absolutely amazing!! The service has gone down hill. Often, there is only 1-2 representatives and the wait for check in or check out is inefficient. Yesterday, when I picked up my vehicle. I had to wa Often, there is only 1-2 representatives and the wait for check in or check out is inefficient. Yesterday, when I picked up my vehicle. I had to wait 30 minutes for the car to be brought around. I went back inside after 15 or 20 minutes and it seemed as though the person that was supposed to bring the vehicle to me had gone on break and there was a communication gap. Therefore, I had to stand and wait for approximately 30 minutes. In addition when I got the vehicle there was a sticky substance all along the side of the seat where the controls for the seat are, and I thought that the vehicle would be fully cleaned. This is disappointing. More
