This is our first time making a purchase from a dealership. We're looking for serious reliability. Our past efforts scouring Craigslist for something that, at the very least, runs, just won't cut it this time around. To be frank, we came in to Easterns with a lot of caution; expecting to be on the lookout for sketchy deals and coercion. Our experience was the complete opposite! Ace really put us at ease, helped us navigate the complicated buying process, and was attentive to us the entire time. We took some extra time really deliberating over our options and we were given space and time to do that under little to no pressure. We felt confident in our purchase, and cannot emphasize enough, how easy it was to walk away with a new (used) car feeling secure. Ace even detailed the new vehicle for us and gave our rental car a quick run over with the vacuum too! Thank you Easterns for all of your help and attentiveness. We'll certainly remember this experience, and will surely recommend you to friends and family. More

They have a good website and in coordination with cars. com, provide critical information for previewing available cars. A critical piece of information that I learned during the visit was their willingness to move cars from any of their other locations to the Fredrick location. That greatly expanded the options that I could explore on the website. Thank you all for your assistance in locating the car that was closest to my preference. More

I liked my sales man, very personable. The manager was great.
