I have always enjoyed helping customers with their buying decisions....I know it's an important process. Seeing a happy customer always makes my day! I was raised in Webster Groves MO, then moved to SO CALI in 1983 and stayed for 22 years, then moved back to my roots in St Louis. I have been in the car business since 1995 and started my career in Southern California. My wife was one of my first customers many years ago and we now have 6 children and 9 grandchildren. I am very easy going and enjoy music and play a few instruments including guitar and piano. I believe in no pressure sales when it comes to doing my job.

This is the second Lexus we have bought from Mungenast. Both purchases were great. Mike Medlin, our sales consultant was awesome. He gave a very fair deal without any pressure. I thought the doc fee of $400 was a ripoff. Since you wouldn’t negotiate the price of the car , they’re was no reason for a doc fee. The coupons I received for oil changes and tire rotations we Since you wouldn’t negotiate the price of the car , they’re was no reason for a doc fee. The coupons I received for oil changes and tire rotations were useless since what you charge for an oil change exceeds the face value of the coupon. I can get my oil changes done cheaper elsewhere and I have. My trade in was appraised at Dave Mugenast Honda at $11,000 and you would only give me $10,000 for my van. So all in all I was disappointed in my experience. The salesman was nice but the experience could’ve been better. More
