I was lucky to find my dream Toyota 4-Runner TRD Pro at Metro Lexus. I was searching for this truck for a little while. The price was fair and Ryan was very helpful. I stopped by the dealership and they ordered the parts and took care of it right away... When things go smoothly it is easy to to give a 5 star review. But when there is a problem, it is a true testament of how the dealership works to make things right. Peter Mapp and Ryan Yee jumped on it and got everything taken care of right away! I’ve been searching for a Lexus NX forever that fit what I wanted. You get the complete red carpet white glove experience and Tori was simply fantastic to work with. She’s also still available to help me and answers all my questions. So easy! Did everything online and via text. Showed up and my car was all ready for me to drive home. Tori is so easy to work with and very proficient from the point of contact to after the purchase and beyond. Highly recommend!! More
