My new car experience was a little unique. The company I work for does business with many of the local dealerships in Sarasota, Venice and Bradenton. So Iv gotten to see all the different dealers from a completely different angle than the average person. From the very beginning, Wilde Honda set itself apart. During business, the GM and Sales Managers ( Skip Strasburg, R.G. Stathas, J. Alexander, Craig McGregor) were just very genuine, very nice, very fair and very kind. Qualities that just are not displayed in most business dealings these days. After a couple years of seeing this consistancy of character from the leaders of this dealership, I knew without a shadow of a doubt, I would give my own personal business to these people. I have never owned a Honda before and had many questions. I was thrilled when Craig McGregor took time out of his busy day to speak with me regarding my future Honda. J Alexander, Craig, and R.G. each spoke with me several times, without pressure to me, about the many great vehicles offered by Honda. Even Skip kindly shared his personal experiences and really took the time to welcome me into what I'm calling the "Wilde Honda experience." Micheal Malmsbury is my salesman and he is fantanstic! I say 'is' because he has sent me a birthday card and still calls to make sure I'm loving my new 2011 CRV. I'm honestly stunned that Micheal has taken the time and still takes the time to do this act of recognition. He knowledgably explained the HONDA CRV to me and went out of his way for my convienance. I cannot stress enough how impressed and pleased I have been to have the experience of knowledgable and consistent advice from the Wilde Honda staff, especially, Maicheal Malmsbury. Even in the finance office at Wilde, I had the pleasant surprise in the face of Lon Vickery. In the past, the finance box has meant a stony-faced person pushing me into various and asundry extras. Lon explained options and chatted happily with me! Wow! I love...LOVE.. my 2011 Honda CRV that came fully equipped with comfort, vehicle traction control, fuel economy, and plenty of room for my son, the dog, and beach supplies! This experience was just completely unlike my previous car buying/leasing experiences. I left Wilde Honda with my new vehicle thrilled, informed and relaxed! I still consider this experience with Wilde as a miracle and example that happy people and happy 'cars' do exist! I have named my 2011 Honda CRV "Angel" and I take my "Angel" to Mark in the Wilde Honda service drive. I hope all my friends and associates get to have similar experiences! Thank you Wilde Honda! He explained everything in detail, called me and kept me up-to-date on the status of the car (which had to be ordered from another location), gave me a thorough "training" on all aspects of the car once it came in to the dealership, and continued to follow up even after I took delivery of the car. He is probably one of the best car salesmen I have ever dealt with, and I would highly recommend him to my friends. More

I just purchased my 4th Honda Accord coupe since 1999, all of which were bought from Wilde Honda in Sarasota, FL. There's a reason for that: customer service second to none, starting with my primary sale all of which were bought from Wilde Honda in Sarasota, FL. He's knowledgeable, caring, non-pushy, and he knows exactly what kind of car I want. He has sold all four cars to me, and has delivered three of the four. However, he was out of the office and could not deliver my most recent Honda. So he handed over the duties to the more-than-capable Mike Malmsbury, who walked me through all the latest features on the Accord, including personally programming my cellphone to the newly-standard Bluetooth feature. (Thank you, Mike!) As Larry had done so many times before, Mike patiently answered all of my questions regarding my new car. I would be remiss for not also mentioning Lon Vickery, the "finance guy", who was more than patient as he printed and explained each and every form I was required to sign. And last but by no means least, I have to give a shout-out to the guys in Service, most notably Mark Dickerson and Guy Worcester, both of whom have played a key role in making me a repeat customer. Every time I've brought my car (whichever car!) in for service, they have treated me kindly and with respect, and have gotten me on my way as quickly as possible. If someone is thinking about buying a car, I would highly recommend a Honda based on my own experience. And if someone is buying a Honda in SW Florida, the only dealership that should be consider is Wilde Honda in Sarasota. More

Substantial extra storage, rear camera which projects into mirror, more comfortable seating, a 3rd seat in the 2d row making it an 8 passenger vehicle, etc.. Michael Malmsbury, my sales representative, made it possible. At first, I didn't think that I could make the deal that i could afford. But Michael went to bat for me and made it happen. This is my 3rd purchase of an auto from Wilde, and the 2d from Wilde Honda. I have owned many automobiles for over the past 55 years. This dealership is the best that I have ever experienced. When we travel on the highways, we like the way you sit up with such a commanding view of the road. Some other makes of vans seem to be all over the road. But the Odyssey is solid and holds the road best. Michael Malmsbury, took the time to explain all the new improvements made by Honda. I was real pleased with the way he worked with me. After I decided to go ahead with the purchase, I chose a color that was not in stock. Michael said he would find me one. He did.
