I went in to talk to Michael about finding a reliable used vehicle that would produce respectable City fuel mileage.  But at the top of my list was minimizing my costs.   Michael referred us to Brenda Jayne since he wasn't available at the time.  As it turned out, we worked with both Michael and Brenda throughout the transaction.   We found both to be honest with no pressure to buy.  They answered all of our questions directly, and we had a bunch about reliability of various vehicles.  They gave us the pros and cons without the typical "car salesman" games. As a result of their work, we leased a Civic for less than our monthly payments would have been for any loan, and were able to avoid outlaying additional cash.  We went in looking to purchase a used Honda Fit and happily reduced our cash outlay and lowered our monthly payments by leasing a 2012 Civic. This whole transaction started two years ago when I called Wilde Honda to talk about options for our son who was considering a vehicle change.  Michael answered the phone, and was very helpful over the next six weeks by taking calls, and checking in -- again with a helpful, no pressure attitude and spirit.  We didn't buy anything. So when it was time for us to make a car change, we called Michael.  We would do it again. More

I've purchased vehicles for myself before and have never been truly happy with every part of the process. Widle Honda changed that. I knew I wanted a 2010 or 2011 Certified Preowned Odyssey to replace my 2003 Odyssey. I did all of my research on the internet as well as test drove several friend's vehicles. I knew exactly what I wanted and what I was willing to pay for it. Michael Malmsbury was great to work with! He kept me informed of every Certified Preowned Odyssey that met my "must have" list over a period of 4 months. When THE vehicle finally came to them, he contacted me and I drove up from Naples to take a look. Never once did anyone there ask me where my husband was or treat me like I was a lesser customer because I'm female. I never felt patronized and didn't feel any pressure to buy. I test drove the vehicle, reviewed the service records, negotiated a very fair price for my 2003 ?Odyssey and was on my way home in my Certified Preowned Odyssey within three hours confident that I had paid the fairest price and recevied the best service from Michael and Greg! Being a traveling hockey mom, I tend to drive my vehicles until they beg for mercy, but when the time comes again I'll look directly to the Internet sales department at Wilde Honda! More

June 11, 2012 My wife and I found a preview meeting with Michael Malmsbury and our friend Dale, who had just purchased a Honda CR-V, quite helpful. This meeting worked out a lot of the details in advance and Michael was professional and courteous and patient. We explained that we could not finalize the deal for another 4 weeks and scheduled that meeting for June 6th, 2012. We were prepared for a long day and also had to deal with heavy rain and many related meetings with other staff. We were at Wilde Honda over 4 hours. We were tired but happy and excited with our new CR-V. Michael was sensitive to our situation and tried to be as brief as he could. At all times he was a real gentleman and explained every detail carefully and even had me perfoprm "hands-On" experience with the most important aspects of the vehicle. We are now more comfortable with our new Wilde Honda CR-V and have received many compliments from neighbors.
