I have just purchased my Accord Coupe from Wilde Honda, after different attempts at other dealers. Wilde Honda exceeded my expectations for buying a car. I’ve purchased a number of cars in my 60 years and this was by far the best buying experience. My wife searched the internet for a used 2012 Odyss I’ve purchased a number of cars in my 60 years and this was by far the best buying experience. My wife searched the internet for a used 2012 Odyssey Touring Elite with low mileage and found several to choose from. The team at Wilde (Michael Malmsbury and Kurt Wiskow) responded promptly to out inquiries and answered all our questions. The car was priced competitively with the others we looked at and I ended up flying from South Carolina and driving 8 hrs back to get the car there. It was a great decision. Kurt picked me up at the airport and drove me to the dealership, explaining the features of the vehicle along the way. Michael was ready with the paperwork as soon as I arrived and the process was seamless. There were no unexpected charge surprises as I’ve experienced at other dealers. I saw the car I wanted on the internet and within 24 hrs, I had driven from Fort Lauderdale to Sarasota (a 3 hr drive) and it was mine. Michael was very easy to work with and knowledgeable. Not only did he go over-and-beyond in making our car-buying experience very easy, but he also made our used car seem BRAND NEW. He scrubbed a kool-aid spot out of the floor, a stain out of the seatbelt, and the dealership repainted a blemish to my satisfaction. There are other little 'easy fixes' he made to the car to seem more brand new to us that we never expected any salesperson to do. Michael made sure to have a SUPER detail job done on the car before he called us to pick it up - if it wasn't to his high standards, it wasn't done. You would think that Michael was done & we were finished since we purchased our car 2m ago. Due to Michael's thoroughness and thoughtfulness, he followed up w/me to see if I had received the owner's manual from them (since it was missing), which I hadn't yet. So he is now making sure I get that, which I totally forgot about & he didn't. More
