Michael greeted us when we pulled in Wilde Honda, and showed us directly to the car we wanted to see first. We originally came to look at a pre-owned 2012 Civic Hybrid. Michael took us to that car immediately a test drive. As we walked back in my wife and I stopped to look at the new 2015 model and Michael showed my wife and I some of the new features. Michael’s knowledge of the Civic Hybrid is far exceeded our expectations. He was able to show us everything we needed to know about the new car including the best ways to optimize settings and to handle driving a Hybrid. Needless to say, we were sold on the 2015 new model. Michael and the team at Wilde immediately went to work to finalize the deal for us. They were able to offer us a better deal on the cost of the 2015 Civic Hybrid and a better price on the trade of my old car than other Honda dealers in the area. While we were waiting for the paper work to be completed, Michael ensured that my wife and I were comfortable and provided us water and snacks. He also gave us coupons to a nice burger place across the street for dinner. Michael is a great salesman who takes good care of the customers he is working with. During our time at Wilde Honda, my wife and I felt no pressure or like we were being sold on things we did not need. Michael and the team at Wilde Honda got us exactly what we wanted and a price we could afford. 10 out of 10. We will definitely shop there again for the next car. More

Wilde offered us a very acceptable trade-in on our 2009 Accord. I had already studied trade-in values on NADA, Kelley and Edmunds. While we were visiting other dealerships, Michael did not over-contact us on our cell phones. We are moving our service work from Bradenton Honda to Wilde. I had explained we had spent the past 5 Saturdays looking at vehicles to purchase and to say the least it had been very unpleasant--either due to not finding the right vehicle or more often not having found the right dealership/salesperson. Michael took the time through many e mails, texts and phone calls to ensure all of our concerns and questions were answered.We stopped by Wilde Saturday met with Michael and quickly had our transaction underway. Within minutes of emailing Wilde Honda for help we heard from Michael Malmsbury vie email and telephone. He made it easy to communicate as we were half way across the world at the time with a six hour time difference! The day after arriving back from our trip we met with Michael who made the purchase process as simple as possible. We left in our new CRV feeling like we didn't get taken advantage of as so often is the case when purchasing a new car!
