Stress free car buying. I purchased a Honda Civic in 2005. I knew I wanted another Civic but wasn't thrilled with the dealers in the Naples FL area where I live. So while visiting my cousin and a friend in Sarasota I decided to check out the dealer that another friend had recommended. I was greeted by Michael Malmsbury. He was friendly but more importantly informative. He answered all of my questions and was very patient with me. I never felt pressured to purchase a car. Well needless to say. I found my new car. The perfect fit. I was only in Sarasota for the Labor Day weekend but I wanted my new car to have the "The Protector" applied before I left on Labor Day. Michael worked his magic and was able to get someone to come in on Labor Day to apply "The Protector" to my car and have it ready for me to pick up and drive home on Labor Day. Thank you Michael. Michael Malmsbury is a gentleman who honestly enjoys helping people. He is thoroughly educated in the Honda product line. In addition to sharing his lunch with our 7-year old daughter, he reviewed all the important features of the CRV before we purchased. I was referred to Michael by my next door neighbor who had recently purchased a Civic and a Pilot from Michael. I am so glad I took her advice! I had done a lot of research before visiting Wild's showroom. So I knew what price I wanted to pay as well as how much I expected to receive for trading in my 2008 RAV4. Michael not only offered a price lower than I expected, he gave me more than anticipated for my trade-in as well. After the paperwork was done, Michael patiently helped us program the CRV's Infotainment system including the linking with our iphones. In March of this year, we ventured in to Wilde Honda looking to potentially replace our old CRV with a new one. Michael Malmsbury greeted us at the front door and we can certainly say we feel very lucky that it was Michael's turn to greet the next customer. In the test drive of a new CRV it quickly became apparent to us that a lot has changed with technology in cars in 14 years. Michael accompanied us with the test drive and he thoroughly explained all of the features and functions of the new Touring CRV model. We were blown away with how much of the new features he covered on the test drive and the in-depth knowledge he had of the technology. He answer every question we had. We also wanted to look at a Certified Pre-Owned Lexus RX 350 at Wilde Lexus. To our surprise, Michael was able to continue to work with us at the Wilde Lexus Dealership, took us for a test drive, and we were blown away again by his knowledge of Lexus products as well. We ended up choosing the Lexus, only because we intend to spend a lot of time traveling the US by car and wanted the extra level of comfort. Two months after our purchase of a 2013 Lexus RX 350 and we can tell you everyone we have worked with at Wilde Honda and Lexus…Michael Malmsbury (Wilde Honda), Robert Miller (Wilde Lexus), Avi Kaufman (Wilde Lexus), and Tim Eldredge (Wilde Lexus) are the best in their field. And the great customer service at Lexus deserves the 5 star rating. We will certainly be purchasing our next car from Wilde. More

I'm in the automotive field, and have been for many years. Nothing worse than a salesman who tries to bluff their knowledge of cars. Michael is NOT that way at all. Not pushy, nor does he tell you what you want to hear. Very respectable man. I went there to look at a car. And became more interested in the car next to it. It was also quite a few thousand dollars more. I asked him about the car, he answered my questions, with no hesitation. I was very relaxed, under no "salesman pitch". And THAT was the car I was looking for. Michael was very clear that I was not obligated to buying. I actually enjoyed every part of the ordeal.
