Great experience with a simple oil change. It was going to take a little longer since i didn’t have an appt. the shuttle took me and daughter to a nearby shopping plaza. A pleasant experience. Michael Mack answered all the questions I had and I explained that my tire light was on and he said they would check it out. Also since I had just over 45000 miles He explained wh questions I had and I explained that my tire light was on and he said they would check it out. Best Customer Service and Satisfaction I took my car to Brandon Honda for service on two recalls I received and an issue I was having with my car speakers. I made an appointment and arrived at my appointed time. I was met by Michael Mack and from the time I dropped my car off until I picked it up 2 days later, “Mack” was amazing. He kept me informed on the progress and having to order a part for my speakers. I chose to leave it overnight to make transportation to and from easier - Brandon Honda did provide reliable and safe transportation. I was truly impressed with Mack’s customer care and service!
