I recently moved from Tucson, Az to the Cleveland, Ohionarea and ran into car troubles with my 2019 Kia Forte. Co workers at UH Lake West suggested Ken Ganley Kia. I was expecting the worse since the Ohionarea and ran into car troubles with my 2019 Kia Forte. Co workers at UH Lake West suggested Ken Ganley Kia. I was expecting the worse since the engine light was on, sporadically cutting off and idling rough. The service department, specifically Mick was very professional, through and quick to detect the problem..The cost as much less than i thought and I was giving a rundown of what I need to get worked on in the near future. So Proud of them. Definitely my spot for all my auto repairs andto recommend service. More

For the last five years or more this dealership has done some great work on my Kia Optima. The kia organization Has done a superior job of letting car Owners know about items that need to have their car rec some great work on my Kia Optima. The kia organization Has done a superior job of letting car Owners know about items that need to have their car recalled and fixed. All the repairs have been fixed quite well And they have been fixed on time. Late last year I had a major fault with my engine and the Kia corporation Said that they would replace my engine at no cost to me. Better yet, The Mentor dealership replaced my engine in two weeks. More

Service is difficult to reach by phone. Service adviser was dismissive and arrogant of our concerns possibly due to a lack of knowledge about our EV vehicle. We did connect with an excellent customer service rep at KIA who addressed the issues with our vehicle and will presumably follow up with KIA. Service department also seemed understaffed because we watched our vehicle sit for 12 minutes after service and wash. More
