He followed up with us until he found the car we were really looking for. He was so helpful and delivered the car to the dealership closer to our home. He made sure we had an easy and positive experience. Our car has all the bells and whistles we were looking for. He taught us about how to set up the parameters of the car to insure a an exceptional driving experience. We interacted with him at least 5 times throughout a 6 month period. He was always professional, helpful and not pushy at all. We highly recommend Ken Bednar and Germain BMW for your next car purchase or lease. More
