We continued to dealership. We get there, test drive their truck, sign all buy paperwork, and we transfer all our belongings to our purchased truck. Finance guy asks us to come back to his office. Finance guy says «your trade needs tires« i said no it doesn't has plenty of tread left. He says we can't do deal unless we give them another 1k to buy tires. I said fine heres your 1k.. a few days later they have my truck on their website for sale. NO NEW TIRE INSTALLED. HUH weird. Sold as is with same tires when we traded. Never trust this dealer. They are liars and Rico is a joke. He is pathetic as is their sales manager. More

Went in for service, had an issue that was easily taken care of. While I was waiting a member of their sales team asked if I would like to see the newer version of my car.
