We also appreciate how Bill worked diligently to maximize the value of our trade-in, which allowed us to make the deal. Carlos was very personable and did a fine job explaining all of the details to operate the new Subaru. Juan in the Finance Department walked us through the paperwork and provided us with information and the different options regarding the extended warranty. In summary, purchasing our new Subaru Forester Wilderness was a very enjoyable process. As previously noted, we've had much experience with dealerships and automobiles, and, without reservation, we are very happy with the quality, performance and driving ease of our new Forester Wilderness! Michael LaRovera is friendly and personable. He made the process so smooth on the selling side of things. He helped pick out the perfect crosstrek to first test drive and fall in love. Carlos Batista help me during the purchase day with all the tech in the car. Still learning but he covered just about everything I needed to start driving! As for the finance department, that was another story. Gretchen Guevara was over the top. Going WAY TOO FAST! She first didn’t transfer my plates like told, so we were in her office for so much longer then necessary. More
