Pleasant buying experience I came in just to test drive a new Ram truck, comparing it with the Chevy and Ford. I was greeted by a friendly knowledgeable staff with absolutel I came in just to test drive a new Ram truck, comparing it with the Chevy and Ford. I was greeted by a friendly knowledgeable staff with absolutely no sales pressure. I was impressed by the truck and even more impressed by the ease that we were able to come to terms at a great price. Jim and Michael were both friendly and helpful. Mike, tediously and very effectively, responded, with respect, candor and TRUTHFULNESS to my barrage of repetitious questions, before, during and after, my New Auto purchase. I was also very happy and impressed, with the very Valuable Quality and Efficiency of Mr. Kevin Ledoux, the Finance Officer... Kevin, was exceptionally careful and very detailed in presenting the details of my purchase, while ensuring that I received all available Incentives with my bottom-line cost of the New Auto. Kevin, also advised me of action I should Take to obtain a GAP & Extended Warrantee Refunds from another Chrysler Dealer, as a result of the TOTAL-LOSS condition of my previous Auto that was involved in a Major Auto accident. ... Kevin didn't harass or pressure additional add-on's to the contract that would have increased the agreed total cost of my New Auto... (((That was something I feared as I have experienced many dangerous cost threats and harassment from the other Chrysler dealers)))...had I chose to deal with one of the other two Chrysler dealers. Awesome Experience, Great knowledable people!! After failing at buying a car at 2 other dealers, I was about to give up but decided to give Jim Browne Citrus a shot at it. Not only did salesman Mi After failing at buying a car at 2 other dealers, I was about to give up but decided to give Jim Browne Citrus a shot at it. Not only did salesman Mike Kruptka find me the car I wanted, he also took the time to drive to Tampa and bring it back for me the same day. After a great test drive I was ready to buy. I then worked with Duncan Marquis who found me some great options and was able to get me approved for a deal that will save me some money each month. Even though it is a drive from home and I pass many dealers to get there I most certainly will buy my next car there!! More

found the exact automobile i was looking for............ wanted a V6.... checked dealer in closest town didn't have it .... they tried selling me a V4...... and/or upgrade to a 10,000.00 plus version to o wanted a V6.... checked dealer in closest town didn't have it .... they tried selling me a V4...... and/or upgrade to a 10,000.00 plus version to obtain the V6.... so I started to check other dealers...... and jim browne was were I ended up... after checking on-line inventory in different stores ...etc. basically...I was determined to find that vehicle...!!!!! I was told Chrysler didn't make the limited in a V6........from some other dealers....hmmmm...!! More

An honest dealer In 2002 I purchased a Town & Country from a well known dealer (Dealer "X"). In 2004 I traded that vehicle at dealer "X" for a 2005 Town & Country. I In 2002 I purchased a Town & Country from a well known dealer (Dealer "X"). In 2004 I traded that vehicle at dealer "X" for a 2005 Town & Country. I owned the second vehicle for 11 1/2 years and decided to trade that in for a 2016 Town & Country. Dealer "X" supplied an internet price and asked me to come to the dealership. Upon my arrival there, they took over an hour locating the vehicle so that I could road test it. That was the first faux pas. Prior to the road test I could not get the dealer to commit to a trade-in price for my van which had only 65,000 miles, had been regularly serviced, and I had the proof of same. I took the road test, liked the vehicle, and decided to make the purchase, but insisted on an answer for a trade-in price (which was $1,900.00). When it came to the final price, without sales tax, etc., the dealer wanted several thousand dollars more than the internet price which included the credit for a trade-in. I made my unhappiness known and the sales manager then came in on the negotiation. At that point he made excuses why the internet price was not the price they were going to sell the vehicle for. Second faux pas! I walked out, refusing to make the purchase. Having seen an ad on television for Citrus Chrysler in which Jim Browne tells viewers that he warranties the drive train for life, I made an inquiry and was given an internet price. My wife and I drove there for a road test. The vehicle in question was there waiting for us. I decided not to trade in my 2005, but to pass it along to a family member. When the road test concluded and it was time for the sale, I prepared myself for a switcheroo price like dealer "X" did. What a shock when I was told that the internet price, as quoted, was the price of the vehicle. Finally I found an honest dealer. We sealed the deal. I expected that we would return the next day or so to pick the vehicle up. Not so! Everyone at the dealership bent over backwards to see to it that I drove the vehicle home. It was nice to find out that Citrus Chrysler sold me the vehicle I wanted for less money than dealer "X" and I still had my 2005 van. Since the purchase, I have been contacted several times by personnel of Citrus Chrysler to make sure that I was a satisfied custom and happy with my purchase. When people ask me about my new vehicle I relate how dealer "X" treated me and how I was treated at Citrus Chrysler. Too bad I wasn't aware of them a long time ago. More

GREAT DEALERSHIP I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR NEARLY 10 YEARS. THE SERVICE AND SALES STAFF ARE VERY HELPFUL AND GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO ACCOMODATE YOU.
