I just wanted to warn anyone who ever wanted to deal with this company. They lie at the moment of selling that your lease is 3 years and then put in some hidden clause that it's actually 4 years. Please be this company. They lie at the moment of selling that your lease is 3 years and then put in some hidden clause that it's actually 4 years. Please be mindful and careful, as we put our trust in them and found our they were straight lying to our face. Also my vehicle has all sorts of electrical failures. I have reached out to the customer service multiple times but unfortunately could not get a result. They simply refused to fix the issues. Stay away from both the company and the vehicle!!! More

Alex is a full contact information type of service individual. He made me feel like I was his only customer and focused on my vehicle, a 2007 Audi. Needed a little engine work. Alex will only fix wh individual. He made me feel like I was his only customer and focused on my vehicle, a 2007 Audi. Needed a little engine work. Alex will only fix what is in need of repair. He saved me a lot of money and he knew exactly what the car needed to run like new again. He also got a complimentary Uber back and forth. I did not need a loaner but was offered one. He made me feel special and he also directed me to Ryan Philbin at FJ Audi. We bought a car from Ryan. That was a tremendous experience and I highly recommend both of these individuals for vehicle assistance. Top-notch experts in their respective positions. More

I had a great experience working with FJ Audi and Channing. My 2019 Audi Q7 was totaled and needed a new car. Channing showed me several options. Settled on a CPO Q8 that fit my budget. Channing wor Channing. My 2019 Audi Q7 was totaled and needed a new car. Channing showed me several options. Settled on a CPO Q8 that fit my budget. Channing worked on the price and got me in the Q8 with no issues. He was also very conscientious to stay safe with proper PPE during my time at the dealership. Would highly recommend Channing and FJ Audi. More
