Working out the numbers for purchase was very straight forward and he was extremely patient as my husband talked himself into, then out of, then back into the leasing option. The dealership worked with us so we paid exactly what we wanted to up front and did not try to hard sell the extra options, but explained each one and provided examples of how it would be beneficial to opt for them. Ron was unfortunately not able to be there in person when we picked up the car, but ensured that everything we needed was prepared, right down to programing my home address into the car's navigation system! He was in constant contact with updates throughout the process. When my husband and I picked up the car, Christian walked us through the process, and answered any and all questions I had left. He introduced us to the service department, who warmly congratulated us on the new car. The business manager, Michael, was also very easy to do business with and again, never pressed the extra options we declined on. Their main concern was customer satisfaction. Overall, it was a WONDERFUL experience and I've had some terrible car buying experiences. I would highly recommend the Land Rover Princeton dealership for anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. In 2005 we purchased the Land Rover LR3 from Princeton Land Rover and this was our first experience with Land Rover. Whenever we enter the dealership we are more than welcomed as they always remembered our names. The customer service that we received has been superb and when we were informed that our vehicle needed major service and the cost would outweigh the value of the vehicle, we had no hesitation, we wanted to use Princeton Land Rover. One great thing about the sales team is that there was no pressure for us to purchase from Princeton Land Rover and when we decided to purchase a used Acura MDX from your inventory it was even better as they didn't push us into a vehicle that didn't meet our needs but most of all our budget and they also agreed to service our Acura. This was a big plus for us buying a used non-Land Rover Vehicle because of the uncertainty of other auto service departments It has been a great experience with Princeton Land Rover and I am looking forward to another 8+ years as well. I think that fits them perfectly! My father purchased his first Ranger Rover from Jorge Figueroa over 15 years ago and we have been going back to him ever since.
