I have come in contact with most of the folks there and without exception they are all wonderful to work with. Ritz Carlton has a motto, "Ladies and Gentlemen serving Ladies and Gentlemen." I think that fits them perfectly! My father purchased his first Ranger Rover from Jorge Figueroa over 15 years ago and we have been going back to him ever since. He did not know the answer to one of my questions (can't remember what it was) but quickly found it out and again, called me right back. that is true customer service!
