Michael was a pleasure to work with made me feel comfortable, not rushed answered any question I had reassured me when I was nervous about purchasing a car. Took his time with me going over everything with me regarding my Kia forte that I purchased, but I have to say the one thing he did which I found quite impressive when I unfortunately forgot to bring my plates cause I was transferring them over he was not only kind but told me not to rush and to take my time going back to get the plates and to make sure I drove safely . My appointment was at 4pm and then I had to head home after everything was done to get the plates Michael‘s shift ended at five and he didn’t say a word other than I’ll be here when you get back. That’s a stand-up guy and if you’re looking for a car at Smithtown Kia, you should ask for Michael kochman you will not be disappointed!!!! Thank you Michael! More
