I am a Ford only family and 40 year customer of Sunrise Ford. Have been a loyal customer until this past year. I now deal with Mullinax ford, and i'm very happy. We had a transmission problem with a vehicl Ford. Have been a loyal customer until this past year. I now deal with Mullinax ford, and i'm very happy. We had a transmission problem with a vehicle we bought from Sunrise Ford and they did not fix it right the first time and I was furious because they wanted to charge me for a rental car to bring it back and fix it right when they were at fault. This vehicle was still under warranty. The service manager was the worst one I've ever dealt with. He did not take care of my needs and even ask me not to come back. We end up taking the vehicle to Mullinax Ford. Actually, they came and brought us a rental vehicle to our house and picked up the vehicle at no charge, and they fix the transmission, the first time. And we are very happy with them. It's pretty sad that Sunrise Ford has ruined their reputation and is losing customers because the way they treat them. Not only the sunrise ford lose on my repair work, I will never buy another vehicle from them again. More
