Michael Kim is the most honest, straightforward, and easy to deal with salesperson ever! I was referred to him when I was in search for an impossible to find Toyota. He was up front on how long the wait list would be and what to expect. I was mistakenly skeptical to think there would be last minute mandatory price add-ons since most dealers were selling the car I was looking for at 3-4k markup or "deal installed" paint protection. There were no extra charges, just straight sticker rounded a tiny bit LOWER :). No pressured up-charges or anything beyond the price sheet emailed to me after the vehicle was in transit. I definitely recommend LONGO and understand now why they are the largest volume Toyota dealer in the country. More

Michael went above and beyond from finding the car I was looking for, showing me all the specs and set up. He was very detailed in explaining everything. He even found us a good spot in the parking lot for looking for, showing me all the specs and set up. He was very detailed in explaining everything. Everyone at the dealership were very professional, kind, and courteous. The seating/waiting/accommodation areas were very clean and whole experience at the dealership was welcoming, relaxing, and v kind, and courteous. always thought car buying from a dealer would be impossible but not at Longo!! It was one of the easiest things I’ve ever done. Michael was super cool and easy to deal with. No one was trying to th impossible but not at Longo!! It was one of the easiest things I’ve ever done. Michael was super cool and easy to deal with. No one was trying to throw numbers at me and make my head spin (which has been my experience at other dealers). Michael came up with a fair number (lower than other dealers actually) and that number stayed the same throughout our whole transaction. Worth the small wait for the car. Thank you Longo! More
