DO NOT BUY FROM LANDERS CDJR OF NORMAN. I purchased a 2022 Ram 3500 from them in December 2024, and four months later, I STILL do not have the title. I was never told at the time of sale t I purchased a 2022 Ram 3500 from them in December 2024, and four months later, I STILL do not have the title. I was never told at the time of sale that there were title issues, yet weeks later I found out they had to request a court-ordered title due to a previous lien. Then I was told they got the lien release—but two weeks after that, I was told there’s now a “hold” in the national system. I have no way to register, refinance, or even sell the truck, and I’m making payments on a vehicle I legally can’t use. When I arrived to test drive the vehicle, it wouldn’t even start—they had to replace the battery. I was also promised repairs would be handled after purchase. That never happened. Every time I try to resolve the situation, I get new excuses, delays, and vague responses. This experience has caused extreme financial and emotional stress, and despite reporting them to the OMVC, Attorney General, FTC, and BBB, there’s still no resolution. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Be careful—they will tell you what you want to hear to make the sale, then leave you with the consequences. More

Michael with financing was incredibly nice and pleasant to work with. I’ve purchased several cars with my husband, but this was my first to do while he was overseas. They made the process easy for us. A bonus is they have a very clean waiting room, awesome coffee machine, and a kids private room with cartoons playing. It kept my kids happy! More
