Adam (sales rep) and Mike (manager) are liars, dishonest, unprofessional, and impatient. Very quick to make a sale, instead of providing honest information in order to make an informed decision. I feel very unprofessional, and impatient. Very quick to make a sale, instead of providing honest information in order to make an informed decision. I feel very betrayed and taken advantage of. I found out afterwards they made up income when they asked to run my credit to get me approved. I spoke with Mike, their leader and he either didn’t believe me or he supports this kind of shady sales tactics. Either way, I traded into a VW Atlas. I feel way better doing business with honest people. I’ll be reporting Subaru to Attorney General and DBPR. More

We fell in love with the Subaru Forrester. The car is rated #1. And seems to be so sturdy. I am not so sure about the gas mileage. Seems to be a little shorter than what we were told. I think the service was good. However, it took me a long time to get updated on the status of my oil change and the need to replace the brake fluid. It's an hour's drive each way to the dealership from my home in Ocala. I spent the day getting an oil change and what should be a minor service to my brakes. More
