Horrible customer service in the service dapartment. Was told to bring in my car for a warranty on rotors and brakes last time I received an oil change before it got to 24k. Up front was told if it is not covered by the warranty it would be $568. Pricey but reasonable for a dealership. Brought it in at 8AM. Called and texted the number around 12. No answer. Called again around 3 and was told it was not done yet and they could not give me an estimate of when it would be or any further details. Come 4:20 I received a call (I was told they leave at 5) my car still is not done. Went in to follow up and I am was argued with about the warranty. Now I completely understood the warranty. I was upset with the lack of customer service all around. When all is said and done it ended up being over $700 but dont worry, they gave me a $200 discount to get my back down to the original $500 price point. Frustrating beyond belief. And now instead of taking my car 5 mins away for service, I will happily drive over to Princeton or down to Burlington. More

I spent $550+ for a 70k mile service, I think it’s overpriced. I really doubt the quality of the maintenance itself …they didn’t even clean my car well.
