I initially came into the dealership to browse cars but ended up leaving with my dream car !! I was helped by sales manager Marvin Ledesma. He was not only patient with my constant nagging, he met every co ended up leaving with my dream car !! I was helped by sales manager Marvin Ledesma. I kept him ant the dealership until almost 12am and he patiently helped me find my dream car and wouldn’t let me settle until I was in love! His main goal was to make sure that I was happy not only with my car but the service. I was also helped by the finance manager Joe and Obaid. They were very sweet and helpful and explained my deal with great detail leaving nothing out. I will be recommending this dealership to everyone I know and am left speechless by the level of professionalism and dedication that Marvin and his colleagues displayed. Here’s why: The manager of this dealer (Michael Karimi) is super super rude and offensive. He threw xxxx on my face at the first second I sit down. These were what he said: Did you know the price? Then why don’t you buy it today? Why you need to talk to your wife? Where’s your wife? Why don’t bring her here? Why don’t you drive the car back home and show her? Who’s buying the car, you or your wife? Yes that’s what he just said this afternoon, with his rude face and tone. It was like I was being challenged by a cop and I have to say sorry I’m guilty, it’s all my fault, I will buy this car right now! I don’t know how he made to the manager role with such a terrible communication & sales skills, and I’m strongly offended. Today is a nice Friday but he just ruined it all! I kept my manner and didn’t threw xxxx back, but I don’t want any other people’s Friday to be ruined again. Trust me, it feels so bad! There are so many good, or at least polite dealers out there, just go away! More

I tried to purchase a new custom Mercedes CLA and instead of working with me and get the best offer for it. They tried to sell whatever they have and few days later they got the same exact car that I was loo of working with me and get the best offer for it.
