They are all about the sale, but they obviously don't want repeat customers. After we decided to buy the car we were told we had to purchase almost $2000 worth of add-ons. The Waypoint GPS was never pu want repeat customers. After we decided to buy the car we were told we had to purchase almost $2000 worth of add-ons. The Waypoint GPS was never put in our name to use. They keep telling us to wait 72 hours for an email from Waypoint and it has yet to come after owning the car for 33 days (792 hours). Waypoint says our VIN is in their system, but that it is still listed as part of the dealership fleet. The general manager told us that is was not transferred because we did not pay for it. He changed his story when we requested that he look up our invoice where it showed we paid for it in full. The vehicle has self-started and alarms go off almost every Saturday since we got the vehicle. We have reached out to the dealership many times and the salesman is clueless and tells us the manager is in a meeting and will call us back. They never call back! When we tried to reach out later in the day to see if they were out of their meeting, we were put on hold and then disconnected after a few minutes. The latest is that we finally spoke to the manager. He wanted us to bring him the car on Saturday and make it go off so they could see what the problem was. If I could make it do I would of already had it fixed. He was going to look into things and call us back in an hour. That was 24 hours ago. NO CALL! At this point I will take it to another dealership as it under warranty! I will never even consider buying another car from them and will advise anyone I know to avoid the dealership as well. More

My salesman Michael was phenomenal; and while Bob (Bobbi) haggled with me; we finally made a deal. I was Made to feel welcome, Bobbi shared his chocolate with me, the dealership was VERY clean, EVERYONE was haggled with me; we finally made a deal. I was Made to feel welcome, Bobbi shared his chocolate with me, the dealership was VERY clean, EVERYONE was super friendly, and I love my 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee L limited. The only negative thing I have to say, and it was totally out of Michael and Bobbi’s hands was, what should’ve been me handing over a check and leaving (all the paperwork was signed) I waited an additional 2 hours after I returned for the vehicle to be detailed, taken out of “ship/crate mode” and gassed up. When the The keys were finally handed over to me, everything was done as promised. ❤️ The process could be a little quicker, but Michael (and Bobbi) got the deal done in the same day, so I’m very happy with my service. More
