We brought our Subaru Outback to the express oil change without an appointment. It was a Friday morning and our car had a dead battery. We got a Jumpstart and headed over to Lithia Subaru. In addition to having our oil changed and tires rotated, they also did an inspection on the vehicle. We ended up getting a new battery free with warranty. Excellent experience overall! The Lithia Subaru SERVICE department is great. Michael has been our regular advisor, but on our last visit Jonathan really did a great job, too. Again, the SERVICE team is A+, in my opinion. My last interaction with the sales side was lacking, the sales manager (Frank) was borderline combative, and, as a clear indication of our experience, we ultimately bought our car at Capitol Subaru in San Jose. All that said, my wife loves her Forester and I'm content with the SERVICE team. More
