Kudos for Tiger and michael! The replacement of the knock sensor allowed the power of the tuneup etc to be realized. My Subaru actually had the zoomies on the way home. Price was right, service was professional and friendly. There were a few issues that became apparent when we arrived to pick up the vehicle but the dealership quickly resolved them by REPLACING the defecti There were a few issues that became apparent when we arrived to pick up the vehicle but the dealership quickly resolved them by REPLACING the defective components. No duct tape’n zip ties, 100% real fix. They even had to order some parts, which they overnighted, and scheduled the repair at my convenience. All at no additional cost to myself and all repairs were completed in a timely manner so I wasn’t waiting all day without my vehicle. Every time I expected them to argue about an issue, they didn’t. They just fixed it. No fuss. 5/5 will recommend. How a business (or person for that matter) handles a problem says more about them than how they act when things go right and Barry Sanders Supercenter (and staff) are fantastic. More
