I've been to multiple Benz dealerships in Tri-State area shopping for a new car and they've all been sales associates coming out of a cookie-cutter. shiny suits, confident and looking-down-on-you attitude, shopping for a new car and they've all been sales associates coming out of a cookie-cutter. shiny suits, confident and looking-down-on-you attitude, telling you what you need and what you should get without listening to your needs first. Then I had a chance to visit Benzel Busch and speak to Michael. Michael is an exceptional car salesman! First of all, he's a real people person. His professionalism, product knowledge, and dedication to customer satisfaction are second to none. From the moment I walked into the dealership, Michael made me feel welcome and valued. He listened attentively to my needs and preferences, expertly guiding me through the selection process. His enthusiasm and passion for the cars he sells are contagious! The Final DMV registration card is still not arriving yet. Temperate plate will expire in 2 days. Also need state inspection by myself. so frustrating.. Items were removed from the car. Did not seem to concern anyone. Called the dealership and requested a call back to discuss, so far, no response.
