Car sale When we first met Mike Heintz we were considering three different SUV's; the Ford Escape Titanium, the Mazda CX-5 Touring and the Honda CRV Tourin When we first met Mike Heintz we were considering three different SUV's; the Ford Escape Titanium, the Mazda CX-5 Touring and the Honda CRV Touring, in that order. We had thoroughly researched all three options. Furthermore, we have done business with and have maintained excellent relationships with both Ford and Honda for 20 some-odd years. Mike's easy manner, his product knowledge, his enthusiasm for Mazda's engineering decisions coupled with his willingness to stay late and help us define our CX-5, made our decision easy. We didn't even bother to shop our friends at Ford of Londonderry & AutoFair Honda. Jay was great to deal with, on the financial end. He walked us through our options and explained them to us without pressuring us to make a purchase. Melissa in Service was delightful. Very up-beat and friendly. Top-notch Customer Service person. So far - So good with our new dealership! More

When I got there Richard prioritized making sure that I saw my car before I sat down to do any paperwork. Mike was great in giving me a run down on the key features of my new vehicle.
