He truly was the most knowledgeable, personable, least pushy sales person either of us has ever worked with. We went in not even sure that a Mazda was what we were looking for but after getting a full blown education from Mike and then meeting with Rich Hammond, we were convinced that I belonged in a gorgeous CX-5. We had some numbers to crunch and they allowed us the time to make sure we were making the right decision without pressure. After working out what we believe was the absolute best deal on both our new car and our trade-in, we left very happy to now be a part of the Werner Mazda family of highly satisfied buyers. The extras that the dealership provides in the way of service are like none either of us has seen before, which is clearly a reflection of the Werner family values.
