Went for an oil change and they had all the wrong information with my car bin number. I gave all the correct information to be entered in the system but when picking up my car the wrong information w information with my car bin number. I scheduled an appointment to replace a stop light bulb, check the rear door handle, which is making a noise, and do an update to the computer. The appointment was at 8:07am. I waited for this service almo check the rear door handle, which is making a noise, and do an update to the computer. The appointment was at 8:07am. I waited for this service almost 3 hours, which is ridiculous. I was told the handle needed a part replaced. If I didn’t ask the advisor about the door handle, he wouldn’t have looked in the system. He said the part was ordered. To date, I have not heard anything from the service department. The door handle is still making a noise. Those are the reasons for the 3 stars. More
