After the purchase, Drew Spargrove was incredibly helpful in explaining the technical features of the car. The RX 350 has a lot of new technology I wasn’t familiar with, and Drew patiently walked me through everything. He explained how to use the dashboard and other advanced features, taking the time to go over even the smallest details. His guidance made it so much easier for me to feel confident driving my new car and fully enjoying all the features it offers. Ruth Ham was also fantastic in helping us with financing.
