Mike Gentile, Lexus and staff were exceptional. They worked their magic so I could get my new car asap. This was my first experience with Lexus and it was a hard change. The change in the Lexus engine sound was unattractive to me - I prefer the BMW to Lexus. This may seem minute to some, but very important to me. Thus my only complaint with that location - one older gentleman told me I was (too old to be concerned about that)! This alone kept me from submitting my review for almost a year. More
