Very ,very bad sales people. Absolutely negative and undertrained!! Financed a truck (RAM) after trading my son's truck with nearly 7K-13K positive equity. Sales person was very Absolutely negative and undertrained!! Financed a truck (RAM) after trading my son's truck with nearly 7K-13K positive equity. Sales person was very new and inexperienced. He did not wanted us to know about the dealer and MSRP discounts being offered till June 2nd. ( discounts ranging from 8000-14500. ) Always said No to everything. Did not wanted us to get a deal. He was actually surprised and shocked once we got a deal after 7 to 8 hours of negotiations. Walked out couple times though. Two weeks later went there again to get another truck( with basic features) ,because of dealer and MSRP discounts. Another new salesman ,Marcus, treated us like we were uninvited there. He actually did not even welcomed us. Managers did not give a hoot. Never even came up with a counter offer. Salesman basically rudely told us to leave by saying No ,not happening !!!! Buyers be aware ! This place has Sharks ,ready to eat you alive ! Went to Volkswagen and got a great deal in less than 2 hours , on a 2025 Tiguan . More
