My dad and I had gone to Huntington Honda on July 15, 2024. We went there because they were AAA rated number one. As soon as we walked in we were graded by Ali. She was very professional very personable 2024. We went there because they were AAA rated number one. As soon as we walked in we were graded by Ali. She was very professional very personable very kind. She went out of her way to make you feel at home and make you feel comfortable. As soon as I met her I felt like I knew her forever! Very down to earth, has a great smile, a great personality and really works well with people! I knew the color of the car I wanted and she went out of her way to get all three models of the new Honda Civic. Ali did not push me into getting The highest model of the Civic the touring. The touring was not in the color I wanted. However because I wanted leather seats (my 2016 EXL had leather seats) Ali said we can switch the car seats to leather seats in the civic sedan. When I asked her how much it would be she said about $2000. That's when she said to me let's look at the EXL which was a hatchback. She brought it out I sat in it I liked it because it had the leather seats but I didn't like the hatchback. So then she says why not look at the touring it's not in the color you want but she says I can guarantee you you'll like it because And more than your car had. Well I go and look at the touring and immediately fell in love with it. I even fell in love with the color because it was a metallic gray that really sparkles in the sunlight! It is gorgeous and Ali did not have to do any pushing on me or any convincing. it was the car that sold me! She was so sweet and said to me I'm so happy and so glad that you're getting this car. She deserves 1 million stars and more! She made the experience of buying a car so easy and painless! She even went out of her way the next day to call me and tell me that the finance department was ready for me to come in. I have kept in touch with her to update her on the car and to ask her any questions. I definitely have made a friend for life! I recommend her to anyone that is hesitant about buying a car!
