Went for an oil change I set an appoint at 3:30 and arrived around 3:20. They immediately took my vehicle and began working on it. i was waiting in the waiting room area whe I set an appoint at 3:30 and arrived around 3:20. Gone downhill I brought my Rogue in for routine service, but had a couple of other issues I wanted to be looked at; my rear view mirror had randomly fallen off and I brought my Rogue in for routine service, but had a couple of other issues I wanted to be looked at; my rear view mirror had randomly fallen off and my front wipers were not working properly. When i explained these i got a blank look and then was told...with a sigh...that the issue would require diagnostic work, so b.c. basically couldn't be done. Strange. I couldn't even ask if it was covered by warranty before the tech walked away. Frustrating. And, the wiper problem can be a safety issue at times. Really disappointed. More
