Service/tire care was awesome/waiting area awfully noisy! I am in awe of Mike's help with my tire problem. He rescued a mess (caused by another company) with a last-minute appointment. Mike was even deligh I am in awe of Mike's help with my tire problem. He rescued a mess (caused by another company) with a last-minute appointment. Mike was even delighted to become my car's primary service advisor to protect it in the future. I have an older Versa which I hope will keep going for a long time (for sentimental reasons) and he seemed to care about it as much as I do. Thanks also go to the mechanics who did a great job in a timely manner. P.S. The reason I gave the overall experience four stars was because the waiting area was so noisy with the TV and music blasting that I had to wait some of the time in a dank children's play room to avoid it. Please turn down the noise! More

Fast and easy oil change I was at the dealership for a routine oil change this week and it was a quick and easy experience. I had made the appointment online and waited at the I was at the dealership for a routine oil change this week and it was a quick and easy experience. I had made the appointment online and waited at the dealership for the service to be completed. They took my car back quickly and it was returned to me with the oil change completed and the car washed in about an hour. My previous service visits here have been a similar experience. I had a not-so-great experience with this dealership when I went through the process to lease my car, but my experience with the service department has been the complete opposite. Quick and efficient. Much appreciated! More

how to improve reviews I always visit Nissan every 5,000 miles when it is time to get my car service. I don't have any complaints. When I leave Destination, I am asked to check my email box and give a review. I sometimes forget to check my email box. I would like to do a review on an ipad device right after I get my car back or get a text with a reminder. Otherwise, I will not remember. Also, everyone should have their face pic online because I recognize a person more by their face then their name. More
